Benchmarking Data Jam
Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA), in partnership with the Kansas City Energy Project and the USGBC – Central Plains committee, is hosting a free Benchmarking Data Jam to help multifamily buildings learn about benchmarking.
Kansas City Multifamily Benchmarking Data Jam
Wednesday January 25th
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Kauffman Foundation Conference Center
At the event you will receive an introduction to benchmarking and the ENERGYSTAR® Portfolio Manager (ESPM) tool, plus hands-on assistance building a property profile and entering energy and water consumption information into ESPM. Summary compliance information on the Kansas City Missouri Energy Empowerment Ordinance will also be shared (this policy pertains to buildings in the City of Kansas City Missouri over 50,000 sqft).
Additional event details and registration: www.eventbrite.com/e/kansas-city-multifamily-benchmarking-data-jam-tickets-29033429770
Registration is limited to individuals directly responsible for Multifamily Buildings, such as owners, managers and facility staff. The Data Jam is free of charge but space is limited. All levels of experience with benchmarking and energy management are welcome! Please plan to bring your own laptop and register early so we can help you obtain the information needed prior to the event.
Not directly responsible for a multifamily building but want to help out at the Data Jam? The Data Jam event is looking for a few more volunteers to help multifamily buildings benchmark in ESPM. General knowledge of ESPM is required. For more information please contact Jennifer Gunby (Jennifer.Gunby@kcmo.org).
